Identity layer
Access to internal services based on identity, not trust in the network.
01 · Problem
A VPN and shared passwords. Incomplete audit of who and when. Offboarding depended on memory.
02 · Approach
Central identity, short sessions, per-service policies. No trust in the client's location.
03 · Outcome
Access could be granted and revoked in one place. Logs became useful.
